CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

NRW Engineering performs Construction Administration services in accordance with the most current local and state building codes.  Our firm mostly serves as the Agent 1 Special Inspector for new building construction and renovation projects. NRW Engineering can also serve as a third-party inspector for projects requiring more stringent inspection services.  We complete visual inspections of installed structural elements to ensure the installation is in accordance with contract documents.  We provide structural inspection reports to the client and the building permit officials during construction and work with the designer of record to correct construction issues.
