Mr. Roomsburg has 39 years of structural design experience in all types of projects including commercial, military, recreational, industrial, and education facilities. His experience with state, federal, and municipal projects includes renovation work, structural investigations, and new construction projects. Mr. Roomsburg’s responsibilities include project management, production, cost estimating, specification writing, and quality control review. He is familiar with the current codes and design criteria.

Peyton D. Mulé, P.E.
Principal, Vice President
Mr. Mulé is a Structural Engineer with over 16 years of experience in the engineering and construction field. Mr. Mulé has served as a structural consultant for government, commercial, waterfront, housing, and municipal projects in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic region. He has experience with "scope of work" and fee proposal development, structural analysis, contract document development, and construction administration for a wide variety of engineering projects. His technical skills include the design of structural steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and cold-formed steel in accordance with industry standards. Mr. Mulé has created structural drawing packages including plans, sections, and details for new construction, additions, and renovation projects along with completing multiple structural engineering studies of existing structures including hospitals, government facilities, redevelopment and housing units, historical buildings, waterfront structures, and private residences.
